Taste: Smoky, phenolic, seaweed mixed with lime salt and savory. Paradoxical sweet for a few seconds then full on herbds and salt with lots of bbq like smoke. Laphroig scotch with mesquite thrown in. Intensely herbal, earthy and salty- herbal woody notes at first, then intense mineral salts with citrus at the end. A good choice as a gateway or starter mezcal as it is complex but not overwhelming.
