Citadelle Gin

Bold juniper and herbal nose. A round supple entry leads to a medium to full-bodied palate with resinous pine and juniper notes upfront and bittering citrus peel. Finishes with a very dry, firm wash of white pepper and citrus rind. Will stand up well in cocktails.
