This fantastic new gin is made from a citrus forward selection of botanicals including: juniper, coriander seed, angelica root, liquorice root and fresh oranges, lemons and pink grapefruit.
Nose: Floral juniper initially, with the herbal notes from the coriander seed popping up shortly afterwards. Then comes the tidal wave of zesty citrus fruits forming a lively aroma.

Palate: The palate retains some anise notes from the liquorice followed by juniper and masses of pink grapefruit zest.

Finish: The finish is clean and refreshing with notes of fresh oranges and lemons.
