A bitter, Italialian style amaro, Fernet Leopold Highland Amaro is full of botanicals with a unique American twist. A base of bitter aloe is blended with sarsparilla, cocoa nibs, fresh rose petals, cinnamon, cardamom, chamomile, maraschino, spearmint and peppermint then barrel aged for several months.
