Rumble is not a rum, although it has rum-like characteristics. It is considered a "Spirit Specialty" because it is truly in it's own category. We know of no other spirits produced from a mix of sugars, honey and fruit. As unique as it may be, drinkers will find plenty of familiar flavors in the glass. It has been confused for a single malt, aged mescal, and even a young cognac. The complex mix of aromas and flavors will continue to unfold in the glass as you drink.
