Clear. Sweet floral plum custard and anise cookie aromas are subtle and inviting and follow through on a round, satiny entry to a dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body with nice balance and depth. Finishes with a drying plum and raisin chutney fade. Very tasty and will make a great pisco sour.
