In a word - Delicious. A delicate Absinthe. The Wormwood lightly licks your tongue and is definitely not bitter. There's a gorgeous balance of Fennel and Anise to balance it out and the heat of alcohol is not overpowering and doesn't compromise the bouquet at all. Tantalizing and fresh.
