Viuda de Romero Reposado
Viuda de Romero is now the second oldest Tequila brand in Mexico. Viuda’s high quality Tequila is manufactured by using the blue agave, Tequilana Weber Agave, a plant that is indigenous to the Jalisco region, and prepared according to a recipe kept secret since the company’s founding. Color~ Very pale copper with a slight salmon hue. Nose~Light agave nose has a dusty quality. Palate~ A silky entry leads to a round, light-bodied palate with grilled citrus nuances and percolating brown spices. Finish~ Palate-cleansing wash of alcoholic warmth and a lingering, woody, fruity essence.
