Our newest addition from Eagle Rare, BARREL # 128  10 year old bourbon, is one of our staff's best picks yet.  The nose gives a hint of orange blossom that yields to the vanilla and maple overtones.  On the palate, this viscous bourbon has faint hints of caramel combined with tack leather and tobacco. The long finish of this single barrel has subtle notes of white pepper, spice, and white corn sweetness.  JR
